Key requirements
✅ Essential Requirements
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) · Working with Children Check · First Aid Certificate · Valid Driver's Licence · NDIS Worker Orientation Module complete.
💡 Ideal Experience
Experience supporting people with disability · Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support · Knowledge of NDIS Code of Conduct · Patience, empathy, and excellent communication.
🕐 Availability
Casual employees who can commit to regular, consistent shifts. Weekday daytime and some weekend flexibility preferred.
🗺️ Service Areas
Ropes Crossing, Blacktown, Penrith, Parramatta and surrounding Western Sydney suburbs. Own transport essential.
