About Us
Firm Ground Care was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that every person with disability deserves support that is consistent, compassionate, and genuinely person-centred. Our name reflects that commitment — we want every participant to feel they are standing on firm ground, with a stable and reliable team behind them.
Based in Australia, we are a dedicated NDIS disability support organisation providing a range of daily living, skills development, and community participation services. As an unregistered NDIS provider, we work exclusively with self-managed and plan-managed participants, giving us the flexibility to deliver truly tailored support.
Our team brings together lived experience, allied health training, and a genuine passion for the NDIS. Every support worker at Firm Ground Care holds a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) as required in NSW, and participates in ongoing professional development.
